How early does DME run from Disney resorts to MCO?

We're starting to look into booking a trip for next May (wheeee!). Looking at airfare, there's a return flight that leaves MCO at 8:40 AM. We've always used DME for our Disney airport transfers, but I'm thinking it's unlikely that it would run in the middle of the night to get us there - I can't remember if they pick up 3 or 4 hours ahead for international flight, but either way we're talking a 4 or 5 AM pick up.

We could get a flight later (around 11AM) for a bit more. I'm guessing we'd waste the savings on the early flight through a taxi fare if DME doesn't run. Which I'm guessing it doesn't. Right?

Though you can't use if for an international flight as a reminder for those that can, RAC desk does not open until 5a as it is separate from DME.

Though you can't use if for an international flight as a reminder for those that can, RAC desk does not open until 5a as it is separate from DME.

Also, you must drop off luggage at the RAC desk at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight time (which will be close to your scheduled DME resort pickup time for domestic travel), so the earliest flights that can use RAC to check luggage are those departing at or after 8 am. For any earlier flights and all international flights, take your luggage along on the bus and check it at MCO.

Thanks for all the replies. We couldn't use RAC, even if we didn't fly out too early, because we're not flying an American airline. We did it in 2014, we were flying United, and it was wonderful. Removed a lot of airport stress. But, sadly, it's still not available for Air Canada...
