I need to make my ps ressie asap. I would like to get the first available. We will be staying @ Pop would like to have breakfast @ Chef Mickey. How early do the busses run in the morning to MK so we can take the monarail to breakfast?

I think in general the busses start running to the resorts about 30 minutes before the park opens. Since some of the parks offer early breakfast seatings, I think the busses start running 30 minutes prior to the first seating at the restraunt. So, that would mean 30 minutes before Crystal Palace and CRT breakfast you should be able to get a bus.

Once at the MK, it may be easier to walk to the Contempory. After walking to the monorail it is close to the same distance depending on where you are let out.

Hi,
If you look a little further (maybe 2nd or 3rd page), there's a great answer to your question from an actual WDW bus driver. I don't know how to post the link. Sorry.
Anyway, buses will get you to your early ps, no problem!

Oh rats, wouldn't you know that I can't find that thread now! Hopefully Chip n Dale is around. He's the expert and can tell you exactly what to expect for bus service.

Buses will be running for your priority seating. Just be out at the Magic Kingdom bus stop 45 minutes prior to your seating, and a bus will arrive shortly. Be sure to tell the driver you are going to Chef Mickey's.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you call to make the reservation, Dining will insist that there will be no buses. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. The buses WILL be running.

Thanks Chip N Dale Express! Too bad we can't sticky up at the top that original post of yours with the details on character breakfast bus service.

Thanks so much for responding. Could I ask you to clarify a couple of things for me? If I were to make a 7:00 or 7:30 ressie, are you saying the busses will be running prior to this time frame? I am a little concerned about making the ressie later as there are 10 of us in our group and I'm a little concerned about them seating such a group as I have heard from others having problems with available tables. As they have to wait until 2 or more tables open up next to each other to accommodate us.

Also why am I telling the bus driver were going to Chef Mickey?

Thanks so much! Your help is soooo appreciated.

Lady

Yes, there will be buses running for the early priority seatings. The MK area breakfast buses start around 6:30am, give or take.

You need to tell the bus driver, so that he or she can try and take you over there directly. That early in the morning, they should have the ability to be able to do so.

Thanks you have been so helpful. I got a ressie for 7:20 am @ Chef Mickey.
