I was told by a CM on the phone to arrive 40 minutes before Wishes. I was hoping we would be able to arrive earlier because we are very slow eaters. Has anyone gone earlier than 40 minutes before? Will they let you in?

It really doesn't matter what time you arrive. You are assigned tables. Even if you get there 40 minutes early, there may be a line because they may still be setting up. So there is no need to rush.

No, I am not concerned about rushing or getting a good table. We are with a few older family members and we eat veryyy slow. I was hoping to be able to be seated earlier than 40 minutes before. Has anyone done this?

They will not let you in before the posted start time. If it is to start at 8:00 pm the will begin admitting people after 8:00pm.

We have done the Wishes Dessert Party twice. The first time we showed up just a few minutes early. We were towards the back of a long line. It seems to take a while to seat everyone, so we felt like we were late to the party.

For our 2nd time, we got there earlier, I think around 30 minutes before the start of the party. We were 2nd or 3rd in line. I enjoyed that experience much better. I felt more relaxed and less rushed. There is plenty of desserts so that is not a concern.

Oh, one more thing, when I made my reservation for next month, I was told the party started 1 hour before. Hope this helps. Have a great trip!

I made my reservation just the other day for a late January date, and they told me that Wishes was at 8:00 and so the Dessert party started at 7:00, and we should be there at 7:00 or even 'a few minutes before' - so it sounds from PP and my experience that you should be able to start at least an hour before? Have fun!

we are going in march, wishes is at 10 and our ADR is at 9:05, will probably get in line 20 minutes early.

As others have said, they don't let people in early at all, and they seem to greatly struggle with getting people seated. We waited in line for over 40 mins., just to be seated, so it was not enjoyable at all.
