How early can you get to the parks? (non-EMH days)

Hello!
I was wondering how early the parks let you in (for parking and waiting at the entrance). We are leaving in 9 days and want to make sure we make it to the parks at opening! (The parks open at 9am on the days we will be there)

You won't be able to get in until the moments before opening. As for parking and that- you'll be able to enter a good hour before the parks open.

For resort guests buses start running about an hour before opening time. At least at Magic Kingdom the first ferry and first express monorail from the parking area (Transportation & Ticket Center) have been known to arrive as late as 15 minutes before opening.

Sometimes (unpredictably) at Animal Kingdom the parking lot isn't opened until half an hour before the park opens. Day guests with early morning restaurant reservations (ADR's; PS's) should park at Animal Kingdom Lodge (bear left at the last moment instead of head towards AK toll plaza), say they are visiting, and take the Disney bus to AK, then someone should return to AKL to bring the car to AK.
