I was hoping to get some expert advise. Usually we book a room and that's where we stay our whole trip. This time we will be getting to WDW on Aug 26 and value season starts on Aug 27. I was thinking of booking a value for the night of the 26th and then moving up to Caribbean Beach on the 27th. We won't have a car and I was wondering if they will transfer the luggage to the new resort or is there an extra charge involved with that? Thanks!!

They will transfer the luggage no charge. However, note that it may take until the early evening until your luggage is available for delivery to your room at your new resort.

Went from VWL to POP in January....they picked up my luggage in the am....told me deliveries start at around 1 pm..and stated it probably wouldn't get there until around 3pm or after...told me to take whatever I needed for the day with me, but no need to be there when they drop it off....I went back to the POP around 2 and my luggage was already in my room waiting for me....the only charge that's involved is your tip for the CM who picks up the luggage and if you're in the new room already..a tip for the CM who drops it off!
