I make a very good spinach artichoke dip. (I cheat a bit on it too)....Pre made spinach dip, can of artichoke hearts, cup of shredded asigo cheese, cup of mozzarella, bread crumbs, handful of romano cheese and a dash of milk. I put that in a cassarole dish and bake it for 30 minutes.
Yesterday, I bought some Pillsbury cressent (sp) rolls and on mistake, I bought the wrong one. Pillsbury now makes one without the separations they call it Recipe Rolls (or something like that).
I was thinking of putting that sheet of dough in a pyrex baking dish, putting the dip on top of that and then baking it all together.
Any thoughts?
