I was wondering if anyone has seen anything in writing about how the wait list works. I know that we've pieced together information garnered from our salespeople that it is mostly first come first served, depending on UY and number of points wanted. But do we have any proof that this is truly the case? We have seen many instances in the past of inconsistent information being passed on by DVC salespeople (attributable to many factors...I'm not implying malice). So it should stand to reason that there is a certain element of uncertainty as it pertains to the direct buy wait list. It would seem to me that DVD would want to sell points at sold out resorts at higher prices to new clients walking in the door as opposed to wait list clients for $15+ less per point. Thoughts?
