I just rented for the first time using David's. he had such great reviews.
It has been so easy. I have received half the funds and will receive the second half when they check in. This gives some assurance on both ends of the deal.
I think it is more a leap of faith from the person renting from David's.

Personally I find it to be a happy thing to share someone's excitement and help them with a Disney trip!!
