How does one get a pin code emailed? And is every pin only fam of 4?

I have an email tied to my Disney account but have never received a PIN. We have received some postcard flyers in the mail but everything seems compariable to what I see on tv or online, doesn't seem like I would save anymore than someone who calls. All the cards we get are for room discounts, the same I see online. Also, my profile makes it clear I have 4 kids but the deals are always for families of 4. Do they ever offer anything for larger families???
And while I am at it - no free dining for April/May?

Not really sure what the logistics are for who does and does not get a PIN. I have been registered with Disney for several years. We go every 3 or 4 years or so. I had never received a PIN until last spring. I have received two others since then. I did go to the WDW website and save "vacations" before I got the first PIN. It was the room only %PIN. I was able to book AKV Kidani 2 bdrm for July so our whole family (9 of us) could all go together for the first time. Then back in Jan I got another PIN for a room % off. I was able to book 3 rooms at the Beach Club for 3 days the week for Christmas as a present for the whole family. Then out of the blue I got the Free Dining PIN this week. We are thinking of booking for just 3 of us to go this summer to take advantage of the free dining. We don't ever get the dining plan- too costly for so many. So I would suggest saving a couple of vacations on the WDW website and see what happens.

I believe the family of four is just the example they use to show the cost per person- PIN usage is available to any size family....
