How does my dining plan sound?

We are driving from MD to FLA and will be staying about 10 days. We don't like to be *too* pre-planned but with Disney you more or less need to have an idea of what you are doing (especially at the end of June --- uggg, not looking forward to the crowds). We are staying at AKL. We have PS's/AR's for the restaurants mentioned:

(Oh, it is DH -35; me -33; DS -7; DD -5 .... and DS is a very picky eater)

Thur - arrival day; hang around hotel (AKL); dinner at Boma
Fri - Breakfastosaurus (never been here - excited!); spend day at AK
Sat - SeaWorld
Sun - Free Day to "play" around the hotel and DTD OR SeaWorld (day2)
Mon - Cindy's for breakfast (been there and love it!); spend day at MK
Tues - Lunch at Sci-Fi; maybe morning at AK and afternoon/evening at MGM
Wed - Le Cellier; Epcot all day
Thur - dinner at BlueZoo (Dolphin); kids staying at Simba's playhouse; daytime will probably be just another "free" day to play
Fri - another day at a WDW park (depends what we want to revisit)
Sat - BooHoo ... driving back to MD!!

We are thinking of trying Tusker House, Earl of Sandwich, Columbia Harbor House, and probably Pizza Planet (MGM) for counter service. I am hoping to hit some of the counter service places in World Showcase for snacks during our Epcot time.

How does this sound? Am i overlooking anything?

sounds good to me! do try to make it to tusker house and earl of sandwich. both are very good. earl of sandwich portions are large enough to share! happy eating!

Everything sounds great. We are from Maryland as well. Going end of July this year. We also have plans to eat at CRT breakfast and Sci-Fi for lunch. You will have to let me know it goes. AKL looks beautiful. Would love to stay there sometime. Trying to talk family into eating at Boma one night just to go over and check it out. Also heard wonderful things about LeCellier. Enjoy.
