How does it work with an offsite guest coming into the All Star Sports resort?

I remember a gate and a guard as you enter this resort. Will they let non-guests enter?

I can give them our name, reservation number, room number if this helps and is needed.

Is there a problem getting in or not?

Has anyone done this recently and can you share what you did, please?

Can you clarify? If you have a room number and reservation number it sounds as if you're staying there.

Are you visiting someone that's staying there? I don't know the exact procedures if you're visiting someone but unless you have a dining reservation I don't believe they let you in. My advice would be parking at a theme park and then taking a bus to All Star Sports.

You’ll have no trouble getting in, even if you don’t have a room reservation. If you do have a reservation, just pull up to the guard shack, tell them you’re checking in, and they’ll look you up and wave you through.

If you don’t have a reservation, they’ll ask to take a look at your photo id, and then wave you through.

Only the deluxes that are close to theme parks can get a bit restrictive about parking during busy times.

We are onsite, but we want a friend who is not staying at Disney to visit us at All Star Sports.

It sounds like it's not a hassle.

No, not a problem. friend can just give guard your name and room number. They will ask friend for photo ID.

Just reassuring that it should not be a problem. The All Stars have acres and acres of parking so that isn't a reason to keep people visiting out. The guard is mainly just to make sure that folks have business there. Visiting is fine.
