How does FP+ work if my AP's are at will call?

I ordered my AP's from DVC and 2 vouchers were mailed out (and since linked to my family via MDE) but the other 2 they "accidentally" kept at will call. Should I have the vouchers mailed out to me to link to MDE for FP+ or can I link them (and do FP+) even if they're not in hand?

PS. FP+ is 60 days out or 90? I forget.

I have ordered mine as will call and was able to link them to MDE using the order number.

FP+ is 60 days out!

And if, like me, you're afraid your AP will activate when you book your FP+, it won't. I was so afraid that would happen! However, the AP doesn't begin until the first time you walk into a park.
