How does Disney celebrate Birthday's a sea

We're on the repositioning next August and my mother's b-day will hit while we're at sea. We also have others in our party who's b-days are VERY close. I know WDW and DL have great ways to celebrate your b-day, but does DCL? Has anyone ever celebrated a b-day on the ship? What options are there?

when i was on the 7 night Eastern Disney Cruise last August, it was my Father in law 67th birthday one day during the sailing. I called the guest service a few weeks before the sailing to let then know of his birthday and on the day of his birthday, he got a birthday pin delivered to his stateroom, birthday cards from the crew and a cake delievered to his table after dinner with some of the waiters and waitress sang HB. I also bought him a gift from the shop and I had our waiter delieivered to him to the table as well. I know you can have the mouskeeping decorate the stateroom and or some kind of birthday basket for extra fee. It was very nice and my Father in law got lots of attention from other guests as well when they saw the birthday pin.

I am not sure about the pix but to put the countdown, go to the home page and under First time visitors forum , click "Welcome aboard",
and then click "some useful info for newbies" and then click
"Countdown Timers" and then follow instructions.

I have to put pix on myself so i have to play around under the newbie info too..
