How does Ding work??

I don't understand how Ding works could someone explain in simple terms I'm not really good with computers I *think* I installed Ding. How do I know?? Does something show on my computer?? Thanks.

If you go to Start, then Programs, you should see a folder called Southwest. If you see that then you've downloaded it. There should be a Wing of a plane in your start up menu, so when your computer starts up so will DING. When you see an envelope overtop the wing, you should clik on it to see the DING specials.

Thanks Cabmom - I found it under my programs but when I opened in the toolbar on the bottom says "communication error has occurred" yet when I click on it I can navigate the site. Does that seem right? Thanks for the insight.

Did you try rebooting your pc after it was downloaded? I also get that error when they haven't sent out any new DING's.
