How does ADR system work?

Just curious how Disney's ADR system works. This is my 3rd year calling to make ADR, and the same scenarios happened.

Assume I have already called at least ONCE prior to this call, and the purpose of this call is to make more ADRs for upcoming trip.

Scenario 1: CM asked me for Home Phone Number. He/She was able to pull out my profile, Name, Party size, Resort etc. Then I simply give the date and restaurant, time etc and I'm done with ADR.

Scenario 2: CM asked me for Home Phone Number. Then he/she asked me about the date of ADR, Restaurant, time, etc. The he/she asked for the following information (again): Home Phone Number, my Name, my address, ZIP code, Party Size, Staying at which Resort, DDP or not, Date of Arrival.......etc before I'm done with the ADR - a little weird to me as it looks like he/she is creating a brand new customer profile instead of pulling out my file.

I called last weekto make ADR for Ohana. The CM was able to retrieve my name, and she noticed all my ADRs thus she asked "I noticed that you have booked a few princess events so I assume that your daughter loves princesses. Just to let yo know that we are going to have a P&P Party during your visit....." wow, very cool and this is how I bought my tickets for Pirate & Princess Party.

This morning I called to make a reservation for Princess Storybook Breakfast (Epcot) - the CM treats me as a "new" customer, and go thru all the questions as stated in Scenario 2.

That's funny, I just go through making nine ADR's this week, and every time the CM sounded like I was a brand new customer. Took all the information; granted, some times I had given my cell and sometimes my home # but there should have been SOME overlap. Hmmmm....

That is exactly my concern (maybe I'm over-worried) when they treat me as a new customer - Do they lose my previous ADRs?

Sometimes I feel guilty to bother the CM to go through all my ADRs with me (some actually refused since they claimed I can print it out upon arrival - but that will be too late if anything went wrong) - I understand they are all busy.
