I have a Bind-it-all that I'm going to use. I know you can have things like that put together at kinko's, office depot places like that. HTH

I took my journal pages and my autograph pages to Staples and for $5 they bound them using plastic spirals (two separate books.) The spiral binding makes it easy to turn the pages to work on or for the characters to sign. They also put a plastic see-through cover on them. Came out really cute
