How do you use your guide?

Now that we've purchased into VGC, what do you use your guide for? It seems like it is more efficient to call the member services number to get reservations. Is there anything else you use your guide for? I'd think that outside of purchasing points they don't really have any function.

That's correct, guides are only salespeople. You would only need to contact your guide if you wish to purchase more points.

For reservations and all other things related to use of your membership, you call Member Services.
