How do you use Mousewait at DLR?

There is no WiFi at DLR except at GCH - so you would not be able to use Mousewait at the parks correct? DH has a Blackberry - so I don't think he could have used it, but our friends have iPhones...Thanks!

I could access it through my Verizon phone with no trouble the whole time I was there.
