How do you take A screen shot?

Will some one please tell me in detail how to take a screenshot on VMK?
I have a laptop with regular paintshop if that helps or does it matter?

In detail is a little difficult but I can try to explain it.
Steps
1. First have the screen you want to take a screenie with maximized and 'in front of you.'
2. Press 'Print screen' (It should be located around the top right corner of your keyboard, the exact place depends on your keyboard.)
3. open the paint shop and on the top, click edit. From there click paste and the image should show up on your screen again, only this time, you can edit it.
