How do you stay in touch when at WDW?

I am looking for ideas on how to stay in touch with my husband while we are WDW. The plan is that one of us will go back to the room to let the baby take a nap. We did this last time (Different baby) and we found that sometimes we needed to change plans but had no way to communicate it to each other. If we take our cells we will have to pay roaming fees on both phones.

Does anyone have ideas? Thanks!

depends on where you are staying and what park you are in. The 5 mile family radios work well. Just be sure to get the ones with many sub channels and listen in and find one that isn't being used much.

Can you call the cell phone company and get your plan upgraded? I found that both of our cell phone companies now have free roaming.
