How do you send a surprise to the cabin

I would love to send something to surprise my husband. We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary. I looked around and didn't see what to do so I hope it iwould be okay to start a topic about this. Thanks.

if you search under gift baskets you'll find threads there are a couple of options on the dcl website you can send gifts to your stateroom from wine and chocolates to having the room decorated with banners etc, you can also contact shirley at the perfect gift and she will make up a basket personalised for your requirements and it will be in your cabin on arrival.

jax677.....Go to the Disney website www.disneycruise.com and lot at the top. Click on "Get set to sail" After that, on the left hand side you should see where it says gifts...On each page, there should be something in blue that says"ordering information"....Hope this helps.....You might want to check out WWW.theperfectgift.cc Her name is Shirley and I hear she does a wonderful job! I plan on using her for our cruise on August!

With DCL you are limited to what they show you. Shirley can do just about anything. I am having her do two for my Augut 1st cruist. One for my sone (grad High School ) and one for my husban (25th aniv). I sent her thing to put in there. That is the great thing in using Shirley. The basket can be personal.

You are right. The choices are slim, but nice. They are more toward kids. I guess Shirley it is. Do you have to send stuff to her or only if you want something special?

Call her and see what she can put together, I will say though she is way more than accomodating, she has allowed me to send down all kinds of stuff for baskets including a shirt for my husband and yugioh cards for my son. I would not even consider doing business with anyone else, she is the "perfect" in the perfect gift.

No, you do not have to send her anything. If you go to her web site you can see what she puts in them (and I am sure she has much more). I just wanted to. When you talk to her she will ask you all the questions on what the person the basked is for likes and will also ask you what you like to have in it. She is great to work with.

We sent some stuff to Shirley and also had her get some stuff for us at the local Spirits store... The basket was awesome and the couple was in AWE as we fedexs the wedding photo album the one we made from the disposable camera's on the table
since they spent a couple of days at WDW we had time to get pictures developed and arranged in an album them delivered to Shirley.. We also Hand Delivered some other item to her at her shop SHE IS A SWEETIE.. She took it from there BIL said it made the Dozen Roses He ordered from DCL look like chopped liver lol

I just talked with Shirley yesterday. I ordered a gift "basket" for my 6 yr old ds. He's getting a Tote bag filled with stuff. I gave Shirley a dollar amount and she's filling the bag. Among other items he's getting a beach towel, cards, legos, binoculars and some snacks. When we sailed 2 yrs ago I ordered a basket for him through Shirley and it was wonderful. It was a big snail sand set. There was a number of different sand toys surrounded by snacks and juice boxes. He was thrilled! It took him at least 20 minutes to unwrap it all (it's all displayed very nicely and wrapped in cellophane). That gift was from Capt. Hook, this one I just ordered is from Goofy because the card that Andy sent him this went had "Your friend Goofy" written on the front.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Andy & Shirley for helping to make these trips so magical.
