I am in a sad state right now and I don't know what to do about it. You see when my father was making my bed he accidently dropped my Black Adam action figure and I think broke him. Because when my mom and I were trying to play with him he no longer talks and I don't know what I can do? I have never dropped this figure and Black Adam usually sits on my headboard and now I am afraid if we put new batteries in him he will still no longer talk. I tried to get Dad to get me a new Black Adam figure and he said no. How do you repair this action figure and should I try to find a replacement?

Have you tried looking on YouTube for action figure repair? If it's a talking mechanism it might not be fixable but you never know.

I would try the new batteries first. They may have also just become dislodged - take them out and put htem back in nice and tightly. I am not sure what type of figure this is, but there may be screws where you can access the electronics. There is likely just a small board and a speaker. Check for loose or detached wires. Unfortunately, if there are any, putting them back on would be tricky and may even require soldering.

My guess was loose batteries also. Changing the batteries can't make anything worse, and it should be an easy try.

@DodgerGirl sometimes when it gets very cold out batteries may not do such a great job. Usually, when this happens a fresh set of batteries will have more power and will help the thing they power work more easily. The fastest way to an answer is to try to replace the batteries. Most toys are made for people to play with so they tend to be sturdy.
