How do you pay OOP?

I haven't seen this question addressed. If my family goes to a table service restaurant and use the correct credits and my husband and I order wine, are we given a bill at that time? OR is it charged to our room to pay on departure? How does this work?

You'll be given a bill. You can either pay it or charge it to your room, if applicable. If I were using the DDE card for the wine, I'd pay at the table so I could be sure I got the discount.
