My guys will be in 4th & 5th grade. My oldest is self-motivated and understands that he should do his best at all times. My youngest is a challange. He has told me on more than one occassion "I never said I wanted to go to school." He says this very matter of factly - in the same tone he would answer "what flavor ice cream would you like?" I really want to get him off on the right foot this year. He tends to do the minimum he thinks he can get by with when it comes to school work. Any suggestions?
