How do you make a reservation at one of the restaurants?

I would like to make a reservation at one of the restaurants in the Disney Village but what is the best way on doing this?

We are going for Valentines Day and I'm worried that all restaurants will be fully booked up. Has anybody been to Disneyland Paris on Valentines Day? Is it likely to be very busy?

We arrive around midday and want to take a look around the restaurants during the day to see what our options are.

Top of my list is Planet Hollywood for Saturday 14th, the steakhouse looks appealing also.

We were going to have a look at the restaurants when we arrive during the day and then decide.

I have been there on Valentine's Day a few times and didn't notice any appreciable difference in the crowd.

It is on a saturday this year though so I will be more busy then mid week anyway

It is also the start of the school half term holiday (in the UK).

Hope the snowy weather does not attract more people.
