How do you know which days to make PS?

Are park hours out 90 days in advance usually? I want to make PS seatings for AK character breakfast, but I don't want to do it on an early entry day. I want Pooh's character breakfast, but not on an early entry day. How will I know? We won't have park hopper tickets, so I can't go to one breakfast and leave for another park if needed. How do you all figure these things out?

They usually put out the hours after the 90 day point. Right now I think the hours are only published up to May. It makes it difficult to make the PS's.

Just curious, how come you don't want PS"s for an early entry day?

I don't want PS for an early entry day because I want to have breakfast AND still be at the park for opening. At AK, they do PS about an hour before the park opens, so I can eat and be the first one at the attractions. When the park opens early, I don't think they do PS any earlier, so it would be no benefit to be eating while everyone is playing!
