How Do You Know When AP Rates Become Available?

I've read many posts advising to call for an AP rate the day they come out in the am. I was just wondering, how do you find out in advance when the rates are coming out....I want to get right in if possible.

I subscribe to a service that scans a number of websites (including the highly recommended mousesavers.com) every morning and then emails the changes to me.
