how do you know the disney package is 0% ? does it show up on the chase statement? first statement shows no indication that it is 0% and says if you pay in 6 months, this will be your interest .

there are no other charges on the card
and i got a bit of the runaround from chase and i am just annoyed !!!

first person said " only when you pay the full amount at once do you get 0%" WRONG
person 2 said " disney did not code it right as a package" WRONG . wasted my time calling disney
person 3 said " oh its fine if it is from disney and a package, you wont see anything anyways on the statement"

nothing will show up on the statement indicating there is 0 interest charges??????

on the 200 deposit (all i have paid for so far) , it says interest paid over 6 months will be $9 in interest charges

why does it say that if it is supposedly supposed to be interest free on a package for 6 months? i dont want to put the full amount on this card if there is some weird issue preventing it from even coming up as 0% on the deposit

Have you looked all the way to the last page of the statement? That is where you will find your interest rate info and it will state any promotional rates, like the 0% on a package. You should find your $200 charge in a line item on that last page, along with the interest rate being charged on that amount. What does it say?

Did you just make this deposit? You may need to wait until the NEXT statement to see the promotional APR. That is always how it is, since purchases have a grace period.

This is the first statement after the purchase.
The first statement won't show anything ? That doesn't make sense?

There's nothing on the last page indicating any promotional rates.

Just shows the regular interest rates

They are required to show that because the back interest will be charged if you don't pay it in full within 6 months. Interest doesn't just start at the 6-month mark, it's essentially "excused" from payment until that point.

At the end of the statement should be a section for promotional rates. It's after the list of current charges, so on my statement would be page 4 (the back of the second sheet).

Yes, the NEXT statement will show a breakdown with the $200 at the promotional rate and then whatever remaining balance at the prevailing rate.

For example, let's say your statement balance is $1000. $200 of that was your WDW package. This bill will NOT show the promo APR because they are going to give you the chance to pay your balance in full this time (21 day "grace period for new purchases" is the industry standard before they charge interest).

Let's say you make an $800 payment. On the NEXT statement, you will see $200 allocated to the 0% Promotional Rate column.

If you pay $500, you will see that $200 is allocated to promo 0% and $300 will be charged your normal interest rate.

Trust me, I have numerous cards with promo rates and they always take 2 statements before it shows up as divided out.

@Princess2R I just read on the cruise forum that several folks have been having trouble with cruises not coding properly for the no-interest offer. Keep an eye on your statement/account and continue pushing with Chase if necessary. Chase apparently is aware of the cruise problem, but haven't fixed it yet.

I am seeing the same issue with a payment I made in February that is on my statement. I should have the 0% info on the last page but it does not. I looked back to the June 2020 statement and I made the deposit in June and it showed up on that statement with the 0% listed. So it doesn't go until the next statement. It should show on the statement that it posts on that the interest should be 0%. I sent a message from the secure message center on the website. I'll see what they have to say.

I received a message back in 1 day from chase that said they would correct the mistake. They said it may take 1 or 2 billing cycles.
