How do you know if you have a code?

We made a trip in January and now have decided to take the grandkids back in June. I called to get some pricing and discovered that I have a code, however it is only good till the end of march. I never even knew it was there!! The CM said that I may get another, but how will I know?? Disney has my e-mail from my registration on disney.com, but I never got a notification. I really need a code for this trip as it is so close to the other one and don't want to miss out again!

Most people usually get a postcard from disney that has the information about the code on it. Some do get an e-mail as well. If it is a postcard, it could be something you overlooked, or maybe was stuck inside some catalog that you didn't look at. Even if you don't remember getting anything from them, when you are ready to make a reservation, you can always call and ask if there is a code associated with your name. The worst that can happen is that they will say no.
