How do you keep track of your trial offers you signed up for?

I made up a crude speadsheet using a regular old table in Microsoft Works.

I keep thinking that there must be something better than this-- easier to work in.

Any suggestions?

I have a spreadsheet in Excel...for everything from offers, to where all I have put the . in my gmail, to my referrals. I love it!

I have a small notebook that I use. I like it better then a spreadsheet because I can take it wherever I go. I do offers at both work and home so it works out best for me!

I have a crude spreadsheet in excel with the date, time, offer name, value of offer, whether it credited, which date I received credit, and then any additional comments such as email used or cancel information.

I it,have a small notebook for each site. I put when i signed up for it, how many day trial it is, how much they charge, how much I got paid, when I got credited, what email I used, the cancellation phone number, when i cancelled and a conf code if they give me one.

Wow, you guys are organized! I don't even keep track of the free offers. If there are any sign-ups that I need to cancel, I just make an entry on my Outlook calendar at work (where I am ALWAYS on the computer) with a reminder to cancel about 2 days before the end of the free trial, and I copy the confirmation page or confirmation email into the calendar entry along with any account numbers or other information I might need. Then I just hope for the best as far as getting credited!!

I spend way too much time on this stuff as it is, I can't imagine keeping a spreadsheet with all the information on every offer. Maybe that's why I don't earn hundreds of dollars like I see some people do!!

Thanks for all the posts!

Looks like I was pretty much on the money.
I had everything on my spreadsheet that you guys suggested.
I'm glad to know I'm not leaving something out! :thumbsup2
