I have been working on the planning for our upcoming trip for a while now. I have an organized document table that I used to help 'pencil' in which park we will attend which day, based on Extra Magic Hours and other events, and it helped me know which day to book ADR's.
I'm not by any means trying to plan our vacation to the minute, but a general idea of how to maximize our days while at Disney, whether a day at the parks or a day to fit in time at the pool, mini-golf, DTD, etc. But I am also collecting advice and tips from members on the boards of things that I think our family would enjoy, such as watching Wishes from the beach at Poly (following our dinner that night), trying the Club Cool soda samples while at Epcot, etc. Things that I would not have normally thought of doing before and if given the time each day I'd like to try to do.
So now I'm wondering what convenient/easy way I can keep track of this list to be able to refer to each day while at the parks and what others have done. Whether a cute crafted checklist in a Disney themed pocket book sized folder, or plugged into a smartphone (I have an Android). I am pretty crafty, so making something would be fun, but I'd love to see ideas if others have done this.
