How do you handle welcome bags and people staying off property?

Most of our guests will be staying in one of the three resorts we have blocks in on property, but a few have said they are going to try to stay off property and save some money (I still don't think they'll save that much for it to be worth it, but whatever floats their boat...) Anyway, we are planning to just deliver welcome bags to the three hotels where our guests are at, but I have a couple organizational questions. First, how did you know what resort each of guests are staying at? I thought about having a space for people to fill that in on RSVP cards for on-site guests at least, but secondly, how do you deliver several welcome bags to guests staying off-site? I don't want to spend a couple hours running around to different hotels if I don't have to. Does anyone know of a hotel in the Orlando area that might let you block off rooms for your wedding, that is cheaper than disney resorts?

Don't drive yourself crazy! Delivering the bags to the on property locations is enough. We only did welcome bags for the hotel we stayed in.

Most of our guests were family of Chris so I gave those bags for his Mom to hand out. The others. We had people all over. So when my Aunt and Uncle came to the resort to see us. I gave them theirs. Same with the other few I had to hand out.

We only gave bags to guests on property but we really only had one or 2 couples staying off property but I knew I would have enough things to do so i couldn't be driving around everywhere before the wedding:confused3

We had a set staying at the swan and dolphin. The front desk people there were happy to help us out. Other than that, you can definately meet up with them, or try the front desk at their hotel. We had the extra bags at the welcome dinner. The other thing we did, was email the itinerary and did a newsletter prior to our wedding so everyone knew what was going on.

I am giving mine out the night before the wedding at our rehearsal dinner/welcome party. We are having it at Ohana's. I am going to give them out when we are done with dinner.
