Ok... I've got a trip coming up at the end of May. May 29 - June 03.

Travelling.. Me 36 / Friend 30 / Friend / 28

We're going to hit the parks and have some fun. Simple right?

Maybe maybe not.. First question - is it basically too late to do ADRs? Or not?

If it's not too late.. how the heck do you do this?

I did up spreadsheet with recommended parks on what days (According to Touringplans.com) ... and on the same spreadsheet, also noted which parks have Magic Hours on what day etc.

I am trying to figure out where we'll be at certain times. The good news is, we'll be leaving the parks in early-mid afternoon. And I'm only trying to schedule a couple of dinners.

The Fantasmic Dinner package at MGM => Can I book that at Hollywood & Vine and if so.. what am I looking at for costs there?

All this is hard.. I'm still gonna push thru it tho.. *sigh*

Hi-- I would say definetly not to late to do ADRS and from what I have been reading you absolutely have to have them if you want to eat TS. Maybe some of the real popular spots are gone but there are tons to choose from! Don't forget the resort restaurants too. I basically just plan my day at what park and then make an ADR at a corresponding restaurant. We don't do the late hours except at MK(small children) so I avoid those parks in the evening. Really not hard at all. If you call 407-wdw-dine they can help book fantasmic dining package, you might find that you can only get early dining times like 4?? But I assume its worth it to not stand in line. I am thinking Hollywood & Vine is around $28 per person?? Look it up on dining section on the dis. I would say its totally worth it to spend the extra for the Brown Derby it was our best meal last year TDF!!! Anyway goodluck and I have never gotten a bad meal anywhere in the world!

Can you book the Fantasmic Package at SciFi?

To keep things simple for now.. I booked lunch at the Plaza Rest at Magic Kingdom. Lunch at Le Cellier at Epcot..

And dinner at MGM at SciFi .. but I neglected to ask if there was a Fantasmic package available there.

If my memory serves me correctly...Fantasmic package is only available at Mama Melrose, Hollywood and Vine and Brown Derby.

Got to book early to get your desired times.

I don't think it's ever too late. You never know, someone may cancel. I'm leaving Saturday (woohoo!) for WDW. I booked about two weeks ago and got my times and places that I wanted (LTT, H&V Fantasmic, and Rose & Crown). Of course, we eat rather early (5, 5:40 & 5 respectively) so that might have made a difference.
I did the same thing as you're doing. I've got a spreadsheet called Disney 2006 and have everything 'written' out including what part to see on what day.
From what I've read on the 'boards,' EMH in the evening is a day to avoid that park as the crowds are pretty bad.
The thing that's bothering me is the temps are really getting up there. 90 - 91 today.
