I am staying at a disney hotel in two weeks. I have never seen a bus at hotels that goes there did I miss something?

I believe the only busses to WWOS leave from MGM. So, you'll need to bus or
boat/walk (depending on where you're staying) to MGM and catch the bus from there. Ipso reverso on the return. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
