how do you get to epcot from bc

I know you can walk to Epcot, but can you go through the World Showcase in the morning to get to Soarin, etc. I thought they had ropes up blocking entrance to World Showcase until around 11.

Guests that are staying at the Yacht, Beach, Boardwalk, Swan and Dolphin have access through the International Gateway in the morning as that is the only way into the park for those resorts. World Showcase is closed, but you are able to walk through it to get to Future World.

There will be a CM in place to prevent you from going right, over the bridge toward France. You will be steered left, through the U.K. and Canada and on to FW. It's a great opportunity to get photos in those areas with no people in them!
