How do you get a taxi at pop century?

I know this may sound like a dumb question but...On our next trip we will be renting a car from National at the Dolphin to go to US/IOA. We were thinking of getting over there early to have breakfast at Fresh before we pick up the car at 8am. I figure the best and fastest way is by taxi, so how do you get a taxi? Do you call youself from your room? Do you ask someone at the front desk? I really just like to plan ahead and know exactly what I have to do.

Hi Melissa,

There are often taxis waiting around at the resorts, or you can call down to the front desk and ask them to call one for you for a specific time.

There are usually some parked in front at Pop Century but I don't know how early they get there.

Just ask one of the CMs workign out front at Pop. There are usually several taxis waiting close by and they will just wave one over. One benefit of this is that these taxis will be the 'trusted' ones, not the ones who will drive you 10 minutes and *then* announce you owe $100.

You can always call the taxi company directly, but every time I have asked the desk at Pop, they've just told me to go out front and ask. We've never had a taxi not be there.....
