Howdy folks :thumbsup2

I'm Sarah and I am going to be your guide for this trip report! I will be attempting something that is slowly becoming more popular a video trip report! :cool1: However it may fail as my previous trip reports have done in the past.

When - 6th - 20th August 2011
Where - Wilderness Lodge Woods view
Who - A family of four from the west coast of Scotland with 2 newbies. We are...

This is me, I don't have a full picture of the family to show you guys so it'll need to be in small steps. I'm 16 and I'm a huge lover of Walt Disney himself and the parks. In total our family we have visited Florida six times, my older sister Helen, once more, and Disneyland Paris four, Helen as only been three times. Usually we are a party of 4 however this time we have 2 newbies to share Walt Disneys magic with :wizard:

So lets meet our first newbie, Helen's picture will be with newbie number two. :thumbsup2

This is my best friend Sandra. We've known each other for almost six years now and she is seriously my back bone. She came with us to Disneyland Paris for my 15th birthday which we found out was a test run to see how she could cope with us in a different country :rotfl2: She obviously has passed so she is coming with us to Flo-rida!

Now this is my sister, the one on the right, and one of her really close friends Kirsten, the other newbie. They have been dancing together since the age of 5 and have always been really close. Kirsten is a great laugh and is a lover of the Disney Princesses and Tinkerbell, my dad thinks we may have trouble getting her back because she may get asked to have a job there :rotfl:

So this is my dad, Michael and mum, Kathryn, I know my mums picture is with me and Sandra but it's the only one I have of her.

Basically all six of us are huge Disney fans and myself and Sandra get more excited each day as we get closer to it! The plan will follow this post so keep watching the thread!
Any questions then please just ask, and I look follow to answering them :grouphug:

THE PLAN

So it is with great pleasure I can tell you our plan!
As Sandra and Kirsten have never experienced WDW before we are trying to get as much in as we possibly can, hence the title ;)
So let us begin...

Saturday 6th - Flight morning, flight afternoon and then downtown disney in the evening for a trip to EOS

Sunday 7th - Magic kingdom all day, and hopefully we can last until 2am 'cause its the extra evening hours ;)

Monday 8th - Epcot all day with Le Celier for dinner at 17:35

Tuesday 9th - Dad is going to Fantasy of Flight and the girls are allowed to do whatever we want to do. I was thinking of hitting a water park in the morning and then going to a park in the evening.

Wednesday 10th - Sandras' surprise in the morning which is breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and then we are off shopping!

Thursday 11th - Full day at Hollywood Studios with Mama Melrose at 15:30 as part of the FDP

Friday 12th - Universal for a visit to WWOHP :D and then Dad wants to go to Ruth Chris Steak House on the way down

Saturday 13th - visit to Dancewear Corner, The Titanic Experiance and then shopping later on

Saturday 14th - This is Helen's 20th birthday and she is yet to decide what she wants to do however we are having dinner at Citrico's at 19:15

Monday 15th - Animal Kingdom full day with Yak and Yeti for lunch at 14:00

Tuesday 16th - Seaworld all day

Wednesday 17th - Epcot in the morning for breakfast at Akerhaus at 8:00 :O and we don't have anything else planned for that day yet

Thursday 18th - has nothing in it yet

Friday 19th - free until the evening 'cause we have our evening dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern at 19:50, this is our tradition, we have had this every time we have went to WDW, expect in our Christmas visit where we eat here for our Christmas dinner.

Saturday 20th - Magic Kingdom in the morning and then flight home :(

We are on the DDP and have so far used 9 out of 14 dinner credits I think that's good for 7 ADR as Le Celier and Cirtico's are 2 pointers.

So thats our plan so far and it's going good so far, its not 100% set in stone just the ADR give us a push.
Thank you for reading :thumbsup2

your plans all sound fab, hope you all have a great time :goodvibes

Sounds like a good plan :goodvibes

I'm also going this August and have already planned our itinerary. I can't wait, but right now I'm also doing exams so my excitement is being held back a little.

As of May 23rd my excitement will go into full-throttle :D

I know I'm well excited.

I've got a little bit longer than you to wait for mine to be over, June 31st to be exact and then Sandra's finish on the 2nd of June, then we'll be really excited, heaven help us :rotfl:

Ahh you'll be fine :thumbsup2 Just think every bit of revision and exam done means you are moments closer to Florida :goodvibes

I've got two exams left and then I'm finished! :cool1:
Sandra's exams finish two days after mine so after that we will get into full planning mode!

Hope you are all well, I'm sorry for the lack of updates, I'll update more after the 1st June :thumbsup2

Not long now:banana: and your plans sound great, how lovley to have a birthday in your group to celebrate:goodvibes

Sounds like you will all have alot of fun and Ruth Chris Steakhouse is fantastic :)

Long time no update.

I don't know what to write apart from the fact that I have WAY too many clothes for a two weeks trip and the fact that the excitement is slowly building up. I've seen a couple of people do a full day to day itinerary but I don't really see the point as it'll all be in my trip report. ;)

I'll be back to update this properly soon :) Hope everyone is well

You have too many clothes?!
have you seen the pile that's in my room/backroom?

and I'm freaking out not that I'm going to be 20 soon....:scared1:
