How do you find out...

...where certain pins are available at WDW? When I get there I won't have online access. Will CM's at the pin locations know? Or is it just word of mouth?

Nothing against the park CMs. Love 'em. Really.
But most are not pin collectors. If you ask a pin question, most likely the response will not be correct.
I check various sites, such as Pinpics, Dizpins & Dizneypins.

If you do not have internet access while on vacation, it is tough. Best to keep in phone contact with someone who can find out or knows.

Have to agree with Barb.

I make note of the releases scheduled for my trip, and we do have internet access while we're traveling, and we still need someone to call us if there is a surprise release.

I don't have a trip counter in my signature, but we are leaving in approximately 50 hours.

I always go to the Pin Collectors shop in DTD and take a look on their computers there - they tell you where the new releases will be on sale.
