I suppose I'm weird......I use just a fork.

I can't stand to get sauce up under my nails. No amount of wet-naps will get that out, so unless you happen to have a nail file with you, you've got icky fingernails till ya get home. But then again, I would never get ribs unless it was from a place that specializes in them, so that I'm sure the meat will probably just fall off the bone.
