How do YOU do SR??

I'm a newer Sunshine member....I've been doing it for a couple months. So I know how it works. I'm just wondering how some of YOU do SR. I'm very hesitant to do the high payout offers. Do you spend money to make money? Or do you always cancel before you're charged? Also, I've done many of the lower paying offers and have gotten credit for a very low percentage of them. Am I not completing enough of the offer?

The cents are adding up...mostly through clicks, emails, and scratch-off and a little bit of shopping. But I'm just wondering how I could do better.

Thanks!

I do SR pretty aggressively :goodvibes

I do the high payout offers--cautiously. I ALWAYS find the very tiny terms & conditions & read them carefully. I even highlight, copy & paste onto my outlook calendar for the day I am supposed to cancel. I got burned once & ended up filing a dispute with my credit card & getting a charge back months after it happened--so it all ended up okay, but I was very irritated about that one for a while.

I have had a few big $$ offers not credit--I filled out trouble tickets & they are working on them.

Of the high payouts, I've found Scholastic to be the easiest--all of mine have credited within a couple of days & it is very easy to cancel & even be refunded for what you paid out. Blockbuster was another good one.

Hope that helps! Happy Clicking!!

I am limited in what offers I can do because of the whole being in a different country thing (sigh). Of the offers I can do, I only do the ones I am interested in. If I don't want the product or the service I don't sign up. My main money comes from shopping through the links (again stuff I want anyway). It doesn't make sense to me to spend money I wouldn't have spent otherwise to make money on the site. But that may be just me.

I only do offers that are either low cost ($1 dollar trials) or end up benefiting me in some way like the blockbuster trial, because I acually would use the service. The other one's with 5 or 6 dollar shipping charges, I don't do....

Thanks for the responses!

Okay, so what about the lower paying offers that are surveys? Do you just go so far and if they pay, they pay? Or do you totally complete the survey and do the required offers? I've done a whole bunch of those and have only gotten credit for about half of them. But I generally don't complete the required offers because as someone else said, I don't want to pay for things I don't want or need (besides, my husband wouldn't be too happy with me if I did.)

For the surveys--they have been hit or miss for me. When I do them I never complete the "required offers" to get whatever it is they are offering (gift card, laptop, etc.). I usually do go all they way through the "survey questions." I haven't had much luck with the .50 paid surveys--either not qualifying after spending several minutes on it or not crediting.

For the trial offers--I don't sign up unless I'm going to make more than $5.00 after I pay the shipping. For the Scholastic offers--I have kids so I know they might like the books, if they don't I know that Scholastic is very easy to cancel & have your entire investment (shipping & intro. offer) refunded if you donate the books to a non-profit. But like I said, read very carefully because I got stuck with one.

Shopping--I use this too--especially when I do Disneyshopping.com & overstock.
