How do you Dial DLP's phone number from outside France?

The website lists this phone number as the only contact option: 08448 008 898

I'm not sure how to dial it, Skype won't accept it as it is, and won't accept it with a +33 Country code (France).

Any ideas?

You have to dial +33 followed by the phone number without its leading 0.

Dialing +33 8448 008 898 should connect you with the DLP

Eventually I switched to the U.K. version of the site and found a +33 number which worked perfectly.
