How do you delete a mule?

i need to no how to delete my mule because some thing is wrong with some thing i can not fix i need to delete becasue i cane even log on to it and i need to make another one with the same email thanks in advance

Oh my gosh, if somebody does not reply right away don't fret! No you cannot delete a mule. I think someone answered that for you in a different thread though... Oh, one more hint. Look at the top of each page. There are threads called stickys. Read them before you go off starting a million threads ok? Not trying to be mean, just a little advice.

there is no need to delete a mule....just forget about it...you can use the same email over as long as the age of character is under 18 I beleive.

Yeah, you need to give people time to get online and read your thread before giving up. We are not all on at the same time.

Ok, back to your problem. You say you can't log on into that mule.
I'm guessing that you are not typing the email address or the password correctly. Go slowly when typing.

If that doesn't work, from the sign-on screen click on the "Forgot Your Password?" and have them email the info to you at the email address you signed on with.

To add to the good advice a few other have given you, it is also possible to change the email address being used on an account in VMK. (And the password, and everything else except the birthdate and the user title of the character.) I have changed the email address on an account by visiting https://register.go.com/disney/Guest...rAccount/login . Once I made the change, I used the new email address to log into VMK with. Works like magic.
