How Do You Cook Your Steak?

Rare to medium-rare, done in my marinade on the grill. D*MN, do I want some meat for dinner now!!!
 
Marinated overnight in Montreal steak seasoning, teriyaki sauce, Emeril's steak sauce and worcestershire sauce. Grilled on the barbie, medium rare :banana:
 
My mouth is watering!

I do mine on a charcoal grill with Montreal seasoning. Once in a while, I can do the Foreman grill, but it's just not as good that way (at least in my imagination).
 

Well done. Crispy. I get teased a lot at the Japanese steakhouse we frequent. The chef calls it "No moo" and tells me to "come back next week" when it will be done.
 
Grilling is the only way to go in our house. Dh adds seasoning to it and it is so much better than we have gotten in any other place. (Sorry Disney)
