How do you buy Tix online??

Hi again.

I've been struggling for 30 min. to try to purchase Ult park hopper tix through the website (we already have resort reservations). I have clicked on every button I see, but I can't get the tickets into the online shopping cart.

What am I doing wrong?

It will be so much easier to buy tix online for me since there is a 14 hour time difference by phone. Please help. (Be specific as to which links to click on, please).

It looks like you fill out your travel information - then it sends you to a page that trys to sell you a package. On the left bottom of that page is a drop down menu that says "your recomended ticket" Make your choice from that menu and it should send you to a third page. When you get to the third page offering your ticket choice, scroll down a little bit, and choose your quantity(s) way over on the right side of the list of tickets. Then "view cart" and your tickets should be there. Then you have to click "continue" and log in, if you haven't already. That's as far as I got, because I didn't log in. I assume you went to Disney.com (btw, I hate that site since they changed it) and it appears that you cannot buy just the ultimate Park Hopper passes on line. You have to call the number they listed next to the prices and do it that way.

It also appears that you can buy them online if you include them in a vacation/resort package.

I need to vent here...that new "improved" site is not user friendly, it is cumbersome, slow and complicated. I think it was designed to be good with broadband but for those of us without broadband it is just not worth it. It's to bad because I used to spend a lot of time at that site, now it is to frustrating.

whoops - ULTIMATE p/h tickets. Sorry. I am lost too, and I think Goofyernmost is right - you will probably have to call.

And I agree with goofyernmost - this site is not user friendly at all, and not just the ticket sales. I have a very hard time finding any useful information.

Thanks for the detailed directions, Maddle, but Goofyernmost was right--you just can't get there from here.

It looks like the only way to purchase Ult PHP online is to buy them as part of a package. It cannot even be done from the My Vacation section to add on tickets. How dumb is that? Now I'll have to brave the phone lines by calling from Australia.
