how do you book PS for sci fi at MGM?

My family and I are looking to book into the sci fi restaurant at MGM on Sat 21st May using priority seating.
Can you do this on line or do you have to phone? Never done this before any help would be useful.

Not sure you can use a toll free number from Scotland! The main Disney Dining # is 407-939-3463. You can not book PS on line.
