How do you book 11 months out at your home resort?

How do you book 11 months out at your home resort? Do I have to book each day from the start of my trip individually? Also, it seems like if I try to book a day that's open, but the next day isn't open yet at the 11 month window I won't be able to set a check out date in order to book the day before that is already open. I hope I'm making sense. Is it just easier to call member services each day as the days open up at the 11 month window? TIA

If booking on the day the booking 11 month window opens, you can reserve up to 7 nights. Same applies when booking the day the 7 month window opens for non-home resorts.

Online or by phone. Online bookings start at 8 am eastern which is 1 hour prior to MS phone lines opening.

Right now, the more you can do without calling MS, the better off (and less frustrated) you are likely to be.

Unless you are looking for a very popular, specific type of room (for example, an AKL Club Level room, which can be tough even at 11 months), you should not have much trouble reserving what you need at your home resort. Good luck!

I know I was on hold for almost an hour the other day, but from what I heard that's not so bad. lol. So if I want to book at 11 months, I should do it on the first day of when I want to check in?

If you want to book a room at your home DVC resort for 10/1/2022 (for example), you can go online at 8AM 11/1/2021 and book up to 7 nights.

To add on to what the above said, if your vacation is more than 7 nights, you add the 8th+ night day by day. Basically it will let you reserve 11 months plus x (up to 7) nights, as long as you have all the nights between x and 11 months.
