How do you back up MS Works 7.0 address book?

I spent a lot of time this year entering everyone on my Christmas card list into MS Works 7.0 address book. How do I back it up? I can't seem to find it on my hard drive.

Open the works program and select existing documents, it should be there (at least it does with older versions). I would then just back it up on a disk.

Thanks for the quick reply, golfgal. I couldn't find it that way either.

But I finally figured out a way to do it. I searched my entire hard drive for a .wab file with no success then discovered you can export the address book so I did that and saved it in a folder so I know where the heck it is! I can back it up from there.
