How do you all keep track of your credits on the DP?

I am traveling with my DH and 5 children. I am trying to figure out HOW to keep track of our dining plan. We do have scheduled ADRs, but we are going to play most of the QS meals and snacks by ear.

Any ingenious suggestions?

On the bottom of each receipt it will list the number of credits remaining when you use the DDP. We always keep the most recent receipts handy so we know how many credits we have.

Are you going to have more than one room?

We had two rooms (brought my parents along) and our credits were divided by rooms and were separate on the cards. One DD was registered to sleep in the room with my parents, so when we ate even at TS we had to do two transactions one with our card and one with hers. We also shared some CS meals so that made it a bit more difficult to keep track of as well.
