Is there a spread sheet or program to use? I always read to save, compare lodging, ticket package vs seprately. So I've been looking at, & pricing options for:
1.lodging: onsite/off
2. tickets
3. meals: dining plan vs look at menus and approximate the meal cost.
4. driving/flying
I have a notebook with sections now but it is kind of hard to see the big picture. Is there a better way? :confused3

I create my own spreadsheet on Microsoft Excel. If I were on my computer I could whip something up now, but alas, it is midnight and I am on the husbands work laptop.

If someone else hasn't given you an example by tomorrow afternoon (I've got a few errands to run in the morning), I'll draw something up and post a pic for you. :)

I do a spreadsheet, too. I make columns for hotel, airfare, car rental, autotrain (if using as an option), tickets, dining plan and anything else I can think of. Then my rows are titled things like 7 days, POR, Dining plan, PH tix. and I fill in the numbers all the way across and total at the far right. Or sometimes I make a column for the number of days and multiply the room and dining plan by that column. depends how I'm pricing it. Does that help?
