How do we pay closing costs?

Are they just factored into the finance amount, or do we send another payment along with the down payment?

I would call your guide and ask. Many of us don;t have any experience with Disney's closing cost, as Disney has only been charging them two to three years, and only on new contracts. Add-ons for existing members have waived closing costs.

I just spoke to our guide a couple days ago and asked the same question. She told me we can either pay them upfront or roll them into the financing. If we add them to the financing, she said our payment would go up by about $4/month.

That's correct. We just bought into AKV yesterday and the closing costs for 160 pts. were $319.56. We could either finance them with the loan or pay right then. We went ahead and paid cash.
